One-A-Day

I have recently begun a crusade to improve myself - mind, body and soul. As you've already read, I began p90x, a daily workout regimen, to increase my endurance, muscle tone, and overall health. But I really want to be a lifelong learner. There are things I am curious about and that I want to learn about every single day.

So to help me on my way to achieving that goal, I am planning on learning about at least one country a day until I go through this entire list. I am so excited! Join me on this quest for self-betterment!
